My specialties comprise of addiction, children/teen behavioral issues, depression, anxiety. I had the pleasure of providing counseling services for children, teens, and adults for more than 5 years. Also, I have experience working with children and adolescents in the school setting on grief, trauma, and behavior management strategies. Additionally, my clinical experience includes, but is not limited to, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, stress management, relationship conflicts, self-esteem, anger management, and parenting skills. My clinical approach is client-centered and eclectic, and includes Motivational Interviewing, solution-focused, CBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches. The most important factor in therapeutic outcomes is the relationship with your therapist. It is important to create a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship that provides an atmosphere for personal exploration, growth, and recovery.
