With 13 years of experience as an educator, I have worked in various roles within a school district. Starting as a teacher, I transitioned to become a school counselor and currently serve as an assistant principal at a high school. Alongside my professional experience, I am also a devoted mother of four and have been married for 18 years.

Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience working with youth from kindergarten to 12th grade, as well as families facing challenges. I have closely supported both adults and adolescents who have experienced trauma, relationship issues, parenting difficulties, anxiety, depression, and grief.

In addition to my professional experience, I have also faced my own personal struggles in life. I understand firsthand the difficulties that can arise from balancing personal and professional responsibilities, managing relationships, and coping with life's ups and downs. This has fueled my passion for helping others navigate through their struggles and find resilience and strength within themselves.
