I am a compassionate and experienced therapist dedicated to supporting the mental and emotional well-being of children, adolescents, adults, and families. With a deep understanding of the complexities of the human experience, I specialize in helping clients navigate the challenges of trauma, anxiety, depression, self-worth issues, abuse, and the journey toward self-love.
Understanding that each person’s path to wellness is unique, I’ve embraced a holistic approach to therapy that addresses the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. By integrating various therapeutic modalities, I tailor the healing process to meet the specific needs of each client. This approach includes mindfulness-based therapy to cultivate present-moment awareness, somatic therapy to release trauma stored in the body, and integrative therapy that combines traditional and alternative methods such as trauma-focused approaches, yoga and art.
